Subcriptions Deliveries :

* Subscriptions prices are plus sales taxes (8.25%) Delivery fee included.

Weekly Subscriptions are made on Wednesday of each week

Biweekly Subscriptions are made the 2nd and 4th wednesday of each month

Monthly Subscriptions are made on the 2nd wednesday of each month

Between 12pm and 6pm

The date you join our subscriptions will be the week that the subscription starts. However, flowers will be delivered ONLY on Wednesday of that week.

Apply to all deliveries : We wil call your recipient at the delivery number you provide to let them know their flowers are onthe way. If no-one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave them a message, and the flowers will be left in a safe area, unless otherwise specified. Any flowers that have to be re-delivered will becharged a re-delivery fee..

*All seasonal flowers are subject to availability

Please note that all orders may be subject to similar substitutions on flowers and container depending on availability. Please note we may substitute flowers according to market availability, we strive to let all our customers know if any substitution is made. Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns. All orders are final, we do not accept cancellations.

If in exceptional circumstances you are unhappy with the standard of your flowers please direct all complaints to [email protected]. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and resolve the situation.
